ROB WILLIS

Rob has had over 40 years’ experience in the electrical industry, covering all aspects of electrical installations from domestic to mining.
Rob began his apprenticeship in Port Hedland, and continued working in the north-west covering the mining industry at BHP, the commercial industry such as shopping centres, the Karratha amphitheatre and schools, as well as the town pool, sanitation pumps and storage facilities to general domestic and new housing.
Rob relocated to Perth in 1986 where he worked for a stage lighting company, setting up new theatres and night clubs and various social events including the America’s Cup Ball in Fremantle.
Relocating again to Mandurah in 1987 he established his own electrical contracting company servicing the local area.
From then on, he has worked various large sites such as the underground expansion at Roxby Downs, Alcoa and the Wagerup Refinery, as well as completing domestic, commercial and industrial work around the Mandurah area whose population has grown dramatically from a small fishing town, to a city of almost 90,000 people.
Rob’s policy is that no job is too hard and it is important to accommodate the client’s needs without compromising on the quality of work.
BRAD WILLIS

Brad began his electrical apprenticeship at Rise Electrics in 2000 at the age of 15 under the guidance and teachings of his father Rob, becoming fully qualified by the age of 19. He has since undertaken many additional courses to ensure he is not only up to date on the changes occurring in the electrical industry, but is capable of servicing all areas. Over the years, Brad has gained a broad knowledge covering all areas of electrical. He has become a leader in the field, growing with the business and developing his skills, from telecommunications testing, air conditioning, to business development and submitting tenders for large projects. He also takes pride in implementing the company safety policies and procedures. Brad is responsible for securing, planning and closing all projects, as well as maintaining strong relationships with the clients. He is responsible for supervising and managing all major projects covering Western Australia, including crushing plants and mine sites and has spent much of the last 5 years in the mining industry, working with companies such as FMG, BHP, Central Systems and SJ Crushing.
CONOR WOZNIUK
Electrical Supervisor
Conor began with Rise Electrics over 7 years over with a work experience program, in which he showed so much potential he was offered an electrical apprenticeship. He is an integral part of the business, and has since worked his way up to become the Electrical Supervisor. His main priorities are the effective supervision of all tradesman, apprentices and sub-contractors, ensuring they are implementing the scope of work to Australian Standards. Conor creates Test Sheets for all projects in compliance with client specifications, company procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements and maintains a close relationship with our clients and their personnel. Conor has experience in everything from wiring a switchboard to full scale crushing and mining systems.
